Helping you get back to what you love
We work with athletes at every level, from elementary school and high school athletes to collegiate, D1 and professional athletes, plus active adults coming back from injury or surgery. Not playing a sport? That’s okay. We take an athlete-minded approach with everyone we treat, and it’s one of the ways we get our patients such strong results.
Hurt in practice or a game
A sprain, strain or pain that showed up during your season.
Pain that cuts workouts short

Not sure what to do next
Feeling lost or confused, with no clear plan or approach from another provider.
Pain that keeps coming back
The same injury flares up every time you ramp back up.
Want to keep training
You’d rather modify your training than stop it while you recover.
Recovering from surgery
You want to get back to full activity, not just get “cleared.”
Active adults & weekend warriors
Pickleball, golf, hiking or keeping up with your kids. Pain shouldn’t slow you down.
Parents of young athletes
You want a clear plan and objective testing before your athlete returns.

A personalized plan, not a one-size-fits-all visit
Most injuries that linger aren’t just about the spot that hurts. Weakness, side-to-side differences and how you absorb and produce force all play a part. We test for them, then build a plan that fixes the cause so the injury stays fixed.

A full hour, 1-on-1
Every session is with your clinician from start to finish. No juggling multiple patients.
VALD strength testing
Force plates and ForceFrame show how you produce and absorb force and uncover side-to-side asymmetries.
MSK ultrasound
In-house ultrasound lets us look at muscles, tendons and ligaments at rest and while you move.
Dry needling & recovery
Dry needling, cupping, soft tissue work and blood flow restriction training when they help.
Sport-specific strength
Progressions built around your sport, position and training schedule.
A clear return plan
Testing-based milestones so you know when you’re ready, not just when the calendar says so.

How getting started works
Book your evaluation
Send us your details. Our patient coordinator will reach out to answer questions and get you on the schedule.
1-on-1 evaluation
A thorough assessment of the injured area, how you move and how you train, so we understand what's going on and why.
Your plan back to sport
You'll leave with a clear, individualized plan to get back to running, lifting, training or competing.
Have insurance? Most of our patients do.
They use their out-of-network benefits with us, so every visit is a full hour, one-on-one with your therapist, never split between multiple patients. We provide detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement paid directly to you, and after your first visit you’ll know your plan of care and total investment up front.

Physical therapy questions
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. Indiana lets you see a physical therapist directly, so you can book your evaluation and get started without a referral. If your care continues past 42 days, Indiana requires a referral to keep going, and we’ll coordinate that with your doctor for you.
I’m not an athlete. Can you still help me?
Yes. We work with active adults, weekend warriors and people recovering from surgery, not just competitive athletes. Everyone gets the same athlete-minded approach: a clear goal, objective testing and a plan built to get you back to the things you love doing.
How long is each visit?
Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with your clinician.
Do you take insurance?
We’re an out-of-network clinic. Most of our patients have insurance and use their out-of-network benefits with us. We accept HSA, FSA and HRA, offer Cherry financing, CareCredit and in-house payment plans, and provide detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Can I keep training while I recover?
In most cases, yes. We build your plan around your sport and training schedule and modify what you’re doing rather than shutting everything down whenever it’s safe to do so.
How do I know when I’m ready to return?
We use objective strength testing with VALD force plates and ForceFrame, plus sport-specific movement testing, so your return is based on data, not just time.
